Juan Macicior
I was born in January 1968 so I am 35 years old.
Ok, I arrived in Michigan in 1985 and you can see a picture of
a horrified me at the airport J As everyone who knew me there remembers
I was shy and “normal” when I arrived. Now look at me!!
I have gone crazy. That is the Wards influence!!! Anyway, It was
a wonderful year that changed my life completely and helped me become
what I am today. Weather that is good or bad I don’t know.
I came back to Spain and went to School pursing a degree in Business
administration that I did not finish then. I did some volunteer
work in a Youth group at my church that I absolutely loved. I started
working for Duracell Batteries and moved to Galicia in the north
of Spain.
In a trip back to Michigan years later I the girl I took to my
Senior Prom and we started seeing each other. After a couple of
years we got married and I moved to Massachusetts where I lived
for 4 years and worked for Philip Morris USA and finished my College
degree at the University of Massachusetts. By that time I had gotten
divorced and I moved back to Spain (this was 3 years ago now)
Since my return I have worked for GE; Kodak and I currently work
for Newell Rubbermaid as a Key Account Manager.
I am single and still waiting for that special girl to show up
in my life. I am very busy with work and with my friends. I live
in an apartment in Pozuelo, right outside Madrid very close to my
mom and to a big part of my family. I have 4 brothers three sisters
and 13 nephews and nieces (plus one more coming in 6 months) my
dad passed away two years ago and I do miss him a lot.
I like music, sports (on TV) spending time with my friend sand
family and politics. I have recently started getting involved with
a political party in Spain and I am enjoying it a lot but I don’t
plan to do it “professionally”
I think this World Wide Wards website is a wonderful idea and I
thank Hari for thinking about it and everybody that is helping to
put it together. If there is anything I can do, please let me know.
